The practice
ETANAH Medicine and Wellness is a refined concierge medical practice created for individuals who value intentional, elevated care. Founded by Talia Sessel, MSN, FNP-C, APRN, ETANAH blends modern primary care with preventive and optimization focused medicine to support how you feel, perform, and show up each day.
Care is deeply personal, unhurried, and thoughtfully designed. Every experience is centered on discretion, trust, and a nuanced understanding of lifestyle, goals, and long term wellbeing. Rather than transactional visits, ETANAH offers a relationship driven approach where care evolves with you.
The practice integrates comprehensive primary care with advanced wellness services including metabolic and weight optimization, hormone support, peptide therapy, nutrition, performance and stress management, and aesthetics. Each plan is curated with intention, balancing clinical precision with a refined, holistic perspective.
At its core, ETANAH represents a return to medicine that feels attentive, elevated, and aligned with the art of living well.

The PractitioneR
Talia Etanah Sessel
Talia Etanah Sessel, MSN, FNP-C, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a multidisciplinary background in biology, nursing, fitness, and nutrition. She holds a degree in Biology and a nursing degree, and began her clinical career as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity Respiratory Intensive Care Unit, where she cared for critically ill patients and developed a deep appreciation for physiology, resilience, and the impact of stress on the body. In parallel, she has over a decade of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry, coaching individuals on sustainable lifestyle change, performance, and long-term health optimization.
Talia approaches medicine through a holistic, prevention-focused lens that integrates clinical science with lifestyle, metabolic health, stress management, and individualized care. Her practice style is thoughtful, education-driven, and collaborative, emphasizing root-cause understanding rather than symptom-only treatment. She believes effective care should be both evidence-based and deeply personal, accounting for how real people live, work, and function in modern life. Her goal is to help patients feel informed, empowered, and supported in building lasting health, not just managing illness.
